From Bombs to Bidding Wars: A Navy Veteran’s Path to Real Estate

I immigrated to the United States with my family in 2001, when I was ten years old. Adapting to a new culture and a new language at that age wasn't easy, but I learned early to see obstacles as opportunities rather than roadblocks.

I was raised in Tampa and attended Leto High School, then earned a degree in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College. From there I went on to the University of South Florida, where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in International Studies and a minor in Naval Science.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy and became part of the U.S. Special Operations community as a bomb squad member — a Senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician/Operator. I spent years leading operations and training missions in high-risk, high-stress environments. During that time I also pursued a master's degree in Intelligence, Counterterrorism, and Homeland Security through Penn State University.

My commitment to service didn't end when I left the military. I still operate with Grey Bull Rescue, an organization built around one core value: "Don't Be a Spectator." Grey Bull works in the "Grey Space" — the places where traditional government aid falls short — with a team of veterans, special forces, and intelligence operatives who move at the "Speed of Need" to rescue vulnerable and endangered Americans and allies.

That same drive to serve and protect is what I bring to real estate now. I use the discipline, problem-solving, and strategic thinking I built in Special Operations to help my clients navigate buying and selling with confidence.
