Nicolas “NICO” A. Scaron knows firsthand what it means to be resilient. After immigrating to the United States with his family in 2001 at just ten years old, he faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture and learning a new language. But instead of seeing obstacles, he saw opportunities—opportunities to grow, achieve, and pursue the American Dream.
Raised in Tampa, FL, Nico attended Leto High School before earning his degree in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College (HCC). He then furthered his education at the University of South Florida (USF), graduating with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a minor in Naval Science.
With a deep sense of service, Nico enlisted in the U.S. Navy and became a part of the U.S. Special Operations Community as a bomb squad member. As a Senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician/Operator, he thrived in high-risk, high-stress environments, leading critical operations and training missions. During his time in service, he also pursued higher education at Penn State University, working toward a master’s degree in Intelligence, Counterterrorism, and Homeland Security.
After years of service in high-risk environments, Nico’s commitment to helping others didn’t end with his military career. He continues to make an impact as an operator and donor of Grey Bull Rescue, an elite organization guided by the core value: “Don’t Be a Spectator.” Grey Bull Rescue stands at the forefront of courage and patriotism, dedicated to rescuing those trapped in the most perilous regions of the world. Operating in the ‘Grey Space’ where traditional government aid falls short, Grey Bull’s team of veterans, elite special forces, and intelligence operatives act at the “Speed of Need”—conducting daring missions to save the lives of vulnerable and endangered Americans and allies.
That same relentless drive to serve and protect now fuels Nico’s passion for real estate. As a full-time real estate agent, he applies the discipline, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking honed from years in Special Operations to help his clients navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence. Whether buying, selling, or investing, Nico’s commitment to integrity and excellence ensures that his clients always receive the highest level of service. His mission is simple: to help others achieve their own version of the American Dream—homeownership.
