Growing up in the Tampa Bay area, she was trusted from a young age with the management of people and critical infrastructure in both the private and government sectors. A passion for her community and its direct impact led her to a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida. While earning it, she interned with the United States House of Representatives and worked as a legal assistant at one of the largest law firms in the nation.
As a military spouse, she adapted to the demands of a changing military lifestyle. While living in San Diego, she served as a Site Security Manager for the Department of the Navy, where she provided vital support to personnel and helped ensure mission and operational readiness.
That resilience, her problem solving, and the way she engages with people from every walk of life are what she brings to The Lion Den Group. Her job is to make sure nothing sits waiting on a call that never comes, and that the week before closing is the quiet one.
Gerardo G. Scaron
REO Project Coordinator | The Lion Den Group at LPT Realty
Gerardo coordinates The Lion Den Group's bank-owned properties from first inspection to list-ready. He tracks property condition, brings contractors on board, schedules repairs, and keeps each property on schedule for handoff to the lead agent for listing. He reports directly to the team lead, Nicolas Scaron, who is the point of contact for asset managers.
His background fits the role closely. At the State Railways Administration, he reviewed construction plans and wrote technical reports for engineers to approve. At Uruguay's Banco de Previsión Social (BPS), he scheduled medical visits and controlled internal spending, including payments, purchasing, and investigations into irregularities. In the United States, he did painting and maintenance work and then became Head Chef at Olive Garden, leading a high-volume kitchen.
Together, that experience gives him the documentation, cost control, scheduling, and hands-on repair knowledge REO properties require, along with a steady approach to every job: do it right, take ownership, and deliver.
