(Prior experience with another REALTOR before meeting Nicolas A Scaron): We were looking for a house with my partner and we knew that we would need help from a professional, some acquaintances gave us information about a realtor who had helped them buy their house recently so we decided to contact him to advise and guide us in the process. It was not a pleasant experience since he did not guide us in the process, he was not looking for good houses for us but my partner found them for him... when we attended to the house showing there was never any advice or observations from his side about the property, it seemed as if he was pushing us into picking any home so they we could continue with the process;, he was just acting like an agent who wanted money and profit and he saw us as his income in some way so he wanted to get it over with fast. This set us back quite a bit since we did not feel very comfortable with him and his work, so we told him that we would take some time to think carefully about what we wanted and what we were really looking for. At the time that we were looking at houses on our own, a relative of my partner told him about one of his childhood friend who had become a realtor and was a good person and did his job quite well and with good morals, so we decided to contact him. Then we met Nico, a person who from the beginning was very friendly and professional at the same time, he made us feel safe so we decided to work with him. We are first time home buyers and he guided us and explained the entire process in detail, from what types of loans there were to what we would need for each of them and which one was best for us according to our situation. He sent us a lot of information so that we were aware of everything we needed and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. When we decided on a house, we went to see it, he advised us as a friend and as a realtor, for the inspection he made sure the company was a legitimate inspector which saved us a lot of headaches because they found some major flaws in the property that weren’t visible at plain site but made us decide it wasn’t worth it and kept looking for better options. We saw several houses until one caught our attention because it was pretty and the area it was in was very nice and it looked good. Nicolás was always quick and efficient when it came to showing us the houses we were interested in so we could go see it. We liked the house a lot so we began the purchase process, in which he guided us step by step, he was also able to negotiate the price and certain points that he wanted to change in order to benefit us more as buyers. Thanks to him and his La Rosa team everything went well and the process was easy and smooth and now we have our first house! We will always be grateful to them for the help they gave us and much more to Nicolás for his work and dedication making one of our dreams come true. Again I’m concluding this experience by thanking them because without him and his group we would not have been able to do it, thank you!
