What I won't do as a Real Estate Agent.

by Nicolas A Scaron PLLC

You already have a good idea of what a real estate agent can do for you. I figured it'd be just as useful to tell you what I won't do.

I won't pressure you into a hasty decision. Buying or selling is a big call, and there's a lot to weigh. You'll have my full support while you work through it on your timeline, not mine.

I won't let your budget change the level of service you get. Every client gets the same effort from me, regardless of price point.

I won't disappear once the sale closes. I'm here throughout the entire process and after. This is my full-time profession, so you can reach me seven days a week, even after closing.

I won't dodge your questions. If you need to know something or want my honest take, I'll give it to you straight, even when it's not the answer you were hoping for.

I won't let the details slip. I'm meticulous about paperwork and making sure everyone on the transaction is on the same page. Buying or selling a home takes a team, and keeping that team coordinated is my job.

Those are the five things I won't do as your agent. If you want to know what I will do, let's talk.
