Nicolas “NICO” A. Scaron knows firsthand what it means to be resilient. After immigrating to the United States with his family in 2001 at just ten years old, he faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture and learning a new language. But instead of seeing obstacles, he saw opportunities—opportunities to grow, achieve, and pursue the American Dream.
Raised in Tampa, FL, Nico attended Leto High School before earning his degree in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College (HCC). He later graduated from the University of South Florida (USF) with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a minor in Naval Science. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Project Management from Penn State University.
Nico’s path of service deepened when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and became part of the U.S. Special Operations Community as a bomb squad member. As a Senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician/Operator, he thrived in high-risk, high-stress environments, leading critical operations and training missions around the world.
Today, Nico brings his leadership, operational insight, and commitment to excellence into the real estate world. As a licensed agent and co-owner of a real estate team alongside his wife Nathalia Scaron, he leverages years of experience, a strategic mindset, and top-tier negotiation skills to guide clients through successful transactions. Together, they help families build secure futures with integrity and purpose.
